Our Community Relations Assistants are responsible for:

  • Assists with basic sales processes as directed by the CRD.
  • Takes inquiry calls and responds to internet inquiries.
  • Schedules and conducts community tours.
  • Assists with management of the community's lead bank (Yardi) including data entry, lead management, scheduling and completing calendar tasks, etc.
  • Serves as primary sales backup when CRD is out of the community.
  • Assists with sales and marketing administrative tasks including:
  • Orders marketing materials and supplies.
  • Assembles posttour brochures and movein paperwork packets.
  • Helps plan and coordinates marketing events.
  • Other duties as assigned.

If you are someone with:


  • High School Diploma or equivalent. Some postsecondary education preferred.
  • Experience or training in sales and marketing preferred.
