• Technician_

We are hiring a self-motivated, hardworking Technician to join our team. You MUST be a team player and independent. You must also be comfortable working with extension poles or at height. You must be able to stand, bend, and lift throughout the workday.


Technician Duties and Responsibilities

• Clean windows on lowrise buildings using extension poles; we will train and certify technicians.
• Clean interior and exterior glass, window frames, tracks, and screens.
• Pressure wash concrete, paver patios, etc.
• Soft wash houses and other buildings using chemicals.
• Stain/Paint decks & fences.
• Occasionally work on ladders up to 20 feet.
• Work in all temperatures & weather conditions.

Technician Requirements and Qualifications

• Comfortable using extension poles or working at height
• Physical stamina
• Teamfocused; no drama or attitudes
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to warehouse; technicians drive company trucks to job site

Bonuses & Benefits
- $500 after 90 days; $1,000 after 6 months; $1,500 after 9 months

• 1 Day PTO Every Month

$ $25.00 per hour
with opportunity for further growth into management, etc.
