We are currently seeking a


1. Media and Information Services Specialist (m/f/d) in full-time for the Elbvororte district library.

Salary group 8 TV-AVH


Within the district libraries, the FaMIs (Media and Information Services Specialists) have a team leader, referred to as 1st FaMI at the Bücherhallen.

They are responsible for organizing the FaMI tasks and, in coordination with the management, plan the duties of the FaMI colleagues.


Your responsibilities and desired qualifications:


  • Solid practical experience as a trained FaMI / assistant
  • Coresponsibility for coordinating and organizing the user service at the library
  • Interest in working in an open library
  • Support the management in implementing all processes
  • Willingness to conduct events (with a focus on children and teenagers)
  • Interest in public relations and networking
