Opticians and optometrists can have their results evaluated by an AI or an ophthalmologist connected via cloud, making them part of the advanced eye health care system.

Your responsibilities:

  • You solve problems and malfunctions for opticians in southern Germany on-site or remotely via PC and telephone.
  • You provide qualified and reliable service and application training in the areas of instruments and optician workshops.
  • You will receive the basics and device-specific information during initial training. Through self-directed learning, you will expand your knowledge and experience together with the team.
  • Your work ensures high customer satisfaction, and you support sales cooperatively.
  • Many existing customers only know us from one of our many segments, such as WECO grinding machines or vx120 with wavefront analysis.
