Responsibilities:
- As a Concrete Walls/Foundations Foreman, you will coordinate with the Superintendent/Supervisor to ensure that the work is progressing according to plan and on schedule
- You must be a consistent and dependable asset to your team in your attendance and performance
- The Foreman role will be supervising, completing the work and leading, directing, and training the team
- Hours are variable though can change due to outside factors including job scheduling and weather conditions
- Inspect job site/project before leaving to ensure completion, quality, cleanliness, and complete customer satisfaction
- Determine daily work schedules to ensure the project is completed within the timeline, communicate with other team members/customers if timelines change
Pay:
$ $35.00 per hour
