Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages following our recipes
- Interact with customers, take orders, be knowledgable about the farm and our products, and provide recommendations when needed
- Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system efficiently (Toast)
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Be familiar with or learn VA ABC practices
- Assist in restocking bar inventory and supplies as needed
Skills:
- Proficient in cash handling procedures
- Experience in the food industry or hospitality sector
- Knowledge of bartending techniques and cocktail preparation
- Strong customer service skills to ensure guest satisfaction
- Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment
