The position is full-time and non-exempt located in Lake Forest, CA The Porter is responsible, under the direction of the site manager, for cleaning and maintaining common areas of the community
Who We Are:
Solari Enterprises, Inc. is a full-service property management company that specializes in multifamily affordable housing.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Cleaning and maintaining the following areas:Pool AreaHallways and Entry wayCommunity Living/ Dining RoomLaundry RoomsBathroomsTrash AreaAssist maintenance technician with work orders and preparing units for re-renting to new residents
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in janitorial/ porter dutiesGeneral understanding and knowledge of basic maintenance skillsPossession of a valid California driver's licenseProof of auto insuranceReliable transportationStrong commitment to excellence and attention to detailExcellence customer service skills when speaking with residents and vendorsComputer skills and experience of Microsoft Suite products
