Who are we:

The Grill at Point Pinos boasts a bright Verve Coffee Roasters Espresso Bar with house baked goods, a beautiful ocean view dining room and banquet room, a newly built-out bar and lounge and two gorgeous dining patios; course view and ocean view We are at an amazing cross section of Lighthouse and Ocean View Boulevard which brings in locals, visitors, and golfers.

With one of the most beautiful walking/cycling paths in the world just down the block, the Point Pinos Lighthouse across the street and a high concentration of hotels on Asilomar and this end of Lighthouse we have a steady stream of foot traffic.

Additionally, we just became a Certified Green Restaurant, and concentrate on local partnerships; we use Glaum Egg Ranch Organic Brown Eggs, Baker's Bacon, Gizdich Ranch Pies, and of course Verve Coffee Roasters, locally roasted in Santa Cruz and are always growing this list

Who we are looking for:

Server/Bartender

Must care about serving a quality product, and the job you do. We are a very team-work driven establishment with an emphasis on excellent customer service.


Responsibilities

• Must learn menu and POS system.
• Must be friendly and able to chat up our bar and golf customers.
• Provide excellent service and suggestive sell.
• Must have experience bartending and making a wide variety of popular drinks.

Requirements:

• Must have at two years bartending/serving experience.
• Must have bartending AND server experience.
• Must be able to work weekends.
• Requires ability to complete physically demanding responsibilities such as walking, standing, carrying and lifting continuously throughout the shifts.
• Looking for at least a two year commitment.
• Flexibility to work all shifts.
• Must be to work on time, every time.

Pay:
$ $19.50 per hour

Expected hours: 36 per week
