The Carradine-Coleman Foundation was established to serve as a beacon of hope and empowerment for the minority community in Chicago through various programs and initiatives.
The Carradine-Coleman Foundation (CCF) is structured to provide scholarships, grants, and various other resources to people of color who otherwise would not have the necessary funding or access to educational/enrichment opportunities that support their growth, development, and self-sufficiency.
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as a Program Coordinator.As a Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and management of various programs, ensuring their success and effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
- Spearhead the launch and management of our programs and initiatives
- Coordinate and oversee the implementation of program activities
- Develop and manage program budgets, ensuring financial resources are allocated appropriately
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure program goals are met
- Conduct regular evaluations to assess program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to program activities
- Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in program management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Proven experience in program coordination or management
- Strong administrative skills, including budgeting and record keeping
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective relationship management
