Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of classic cocktails and craft cocktails with precision and efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all supplies are stocked and equipment is in good working condition.
- Provide exceptional customer service, engaging with patrons to ensure a positive experience.
- Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of orders during peak hours.
- Adhere to all relevant alcohol service laws and regulations, ensuring responsible service at all times.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a bartender in a highvolume bar or restaurant setting.
- Extensive knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, and mixology techniques.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- TIPS or equivalent certification is preferred.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work well under pressure.
