    Client Executive

    The Client Executive, reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, responsibilities include developing long-term relationships with a portfolio of clients, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders. Client Executive is the liaison between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs. Close warm leads that are provided to you and maintain the account management. Manage and develop client accounts to initiate and maintain favorable relationships with clients. This position will require travel up to 40%. The base salary is $65,000 plus a bonus structure with no bonus cap, OTE $95,000 the first year, increasing 15-22% the second year. 0.10% equity.

    Responsibilities:

    • Primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers
    • Close warm leads that are provided to you and maintain the account (you are not a hunter)
    • Help customers through email, phone, online presentations, screen-share and in person meetings
    • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors
    • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
    • Forecast and track key account metrics
    • Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations
    • Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis
    • Monitor and analyze customer's usage of our product
    • Liaison between the customer and internal teams
    • Travel up to 40% required

    Qualifications:

    • Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role
    • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
    • Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. HubSpot) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
    • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
    • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
    • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field
