Job Description:

As a member of the Richmond Heights team, you will be responsible for reviewing plans for complex signal systems as part of the building approval process of the Federal Railway Authority (EBA).

Working closely with a team of EBA-recognized experts in signal, telecommunications, and electrical engineering, you will ensure the safety and functionality of relay, electronic, and digital interlocking systems, as well as train control systems such as ETCS, LZB, and PZB.

You will stay up-to-date with regulations and technical products to remain at the forefront of the industry. In addition, you will act as a liaison between various stakeholders as part of multiproject management.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should have a degree in electrical engineering, transportation engineering, signal technology, railway safety technology, or a related field.

You should also have several years of experience in independently managing projects in the planning and review of railway systems.

Knowledge of signal technology and/or telecommunications technology is required.

You should have a meticulous work style and the ability to quickly adapt to new topics, as well as demonstrate strong commitment, flexibility, and teamwork.

Proficiency in German and good English skills, both written and spoken, are also necessary for this position.
