We are the Elmer Group, one of the leading wholesale suppliers for sanitary, heating, and air conditioning equipment (SHK). A medium-sized group with over 1,600 employees at more than 90 locations. Multiple trading companies, 6 logistics centers, and over 40 inspiring bathroom showrooms. That is the Elmer Group.

What we offer:

A qualified two- or three-year apprenticeship at one of our six logistics centers. You will rotate through the departments of shipping, receiving, and pick-up warehouse. The apprenticeship is practice-oriented, and you will take on responsible tasks early on and work on apprenticeship projects.

Experienced trainers will accompany you during your apprenticeship. They will provide theoretical foundations and everything you need for practical work and your future career. Internal training sessions with other apprentices complete the package and give you insights into all departments of the company group. For your exam preparation, we bring in external instructors, so nothing stands in the way of a successful completion.

And after that?

Good apprentices make good employees. That's why you can look forward to a permanent position with us after successfully completing your apprenticeship.
