Description
At the earliest possible date, we are looking for you as a mechanic / locksmith for the maintenance of rail vehicles (m/f/d) for the S-Bahn Rhein Main at our location in Frankfurt.
Your tasks:
  • You perform maintenance work on rail vehicles according to work orders or instructions
  • This includes working in safety and reliability-related areas of the vehicles, as well as on other vehicle parts
  • You are responsible for error analysis and their elimination while adhering to occupational safety and economic and operational requirements
  • You perform functional tests
  • Documenting the activities carried out and the results of your work is part of your responsibilities
Your profile:
  • You have successfully completed vocational training as a mechatronics technician, industrial mechanic, plant mechanic, production mechanic, construction mechanic or similar
  • Several years of professional experience as a qualified maintenance technician, preferably in rail vehicle maintenance
  • You are able to work independently and pursue your tasks with dedication and diligence
  • You have good knowledge of German and are proficient in using mobile devices
  • You are willing to work in shifts, including on Sundays, holidays and weekends
  • A valid driver's license class B is desirable
