E-commerce Manager

Description:


David & Young, a distinguished fashion accessory company with a rich 45-year heritage, is actively seeking an innovative E-commerce Manager with an entrepreneurial mindset.

In this pivotal role, you will lead the conceptualization and execution of a dynamic new website, oversee comprehensive marketing strategies including SEO/SEM and impactful ad campaigns to drive traffic, manage customer service operations, and streamline logistics.


In addition to an attractive base salary, we offer a percentage of all gross sales, cultivating a genuine partnership in the development and success of this exciting project.


Responsibilities:


  • Oversee the daytoday operations of Shopify ecommerce websites in the U.S and internationally.
  • Curate and list products on our ecommerce platforms.
  • Spearhead the implementation of new website programs, site enhancements, and various initiatives such as landing pages, product recommendations, personalization, referral/rewards programs, etc.
  • Collaborate closely with digital marketing agencies to optimize performance marketing across paid social, search, and display channels.
  • Continuously assess and improve site design, functionality, and speed to ensure an optimal user experience.
  • Drive Social Media Publishing efforts: Develop and distribute engaging content, including text, images, and videos, to bolster the company's brand presence.

Qualifications & Experience:


  • Minimum 23 years of handson Shopify experience, including expertise in page building and content management.
  • Wholesale experience strongly recommended.
  • Preferred experience with paid marketing and analytics platforms like Google AdWords.
  • Proficiency in Facebook, Google Analytics, etc., considered advantageous.
