Job description
We are redefining the Commercial Real Estate (CRE) industry with first-of-its-kind Generative AI.

We have turned a process that traditionally takes weeks of manual architectural work into an instant, automated service—essentially putting a high-speed AI architect in every broker's pocket.

By delivering architectural-grade 3D plans, Revit/CAD models, and virtual tours in minutes, we help the world's largest owners, brokers, and furniture providers close deals significantly faster.

The Mission


We are looking for a high-stakes Key Account Manager to lead the penetration and expansion of the Big 4 global real estate powerhouses (JLL, CBRE, Cushman & Wakefield, and Colliers).

This is a dual-focus hunting and farming role.

You will be responsible for navigating massive, decentralized organizations composed of connected islands to establish generative AI technology as the fundamental standard for global leasing, occupancy, and 3D space planning.

Responsibilities

Penetrate the Big 4 global accounts, moving beyond individual office wins to drive massive, unified enterprise agreements.
Operate a hybrid sales motion, balancing aggressive hunting for new regional cohorts with strategic farming of existing high-potential accounts.
Identify opportunities within complex account structures and drive top-down and bottom-up sales motions simultaneously to ensure full market saturation.

Drive high-value deals, focusing on 6-digit transactions with a clear roadmap toward growing each major account into a $1M+ annual partnership.

Master broker and occupier interactions, demonstrating a deep understanding of how they generate revenue and how AI accelerates the leasing process.

Lead high-level discussions with global leadership at the industry giants while maintaining ground-level relationships with office managers and brokers.

Execute a segmented brand strategy, knowing exactly how and when to deploy specific value propositions across different personas to accelerate the deal cycle.

Collaborate with senior executives to refine the 3D rendering and AI roadmap based on direct feedback from owners and CRE occupiers.

Tweak and adjust value propositions in real-time to demonstrate the specific impact and ROI for different personas within the enterprise.

Requirements

8+ years of sales experience specifically within the Commercial Real Estate (CRE) or PropTech/ConTech industries.
Deep background in Commercial Real Estate with a history of involvement in technology within major firms.
Proven experience in a senior-level hunting and farming role, specifically within complex enterprise environments.
Experience holding high-level leadership discussions with global industry giants.
Proficient in the broker ecosystem, with a clear understanding of the mechanics of leasing and occupancy.
Strong technical literacy regarding 3D rendering, generative AI, and their application in accelerating real estate decision-making.
A "revenue-first" mentality with a track record of recently and repeatedly exceeding complex enterprise sales quotas.
Senior-level sales capabilities with the ability to work closely with a senior executive team to adjust product-market fit.
