Description
I have been training for years, but I have been unable to train for the past six months. I am looking to build muscle hypertrophy.My wife has also been out of training for several years and is looking to strengthen and tone her body.
The plan is to train every day except Saturdays and Sundays (I can occasionally switch Wednesdays for Saturdays, I am flexible with that).
