What We're Looking For:

Customer service representatives who actively engages with customers providing them with basic information regarding Pay O Matic bank products and services.

QUALFICATIONS:

One to two years related experience or equivalent.
Superb customer service/Communication skills.
Proficient computer operator.
Strong multitasking skills.
Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
Professional appearance and demeanor.

- flexibility, and a willingness accept change quickly

Bilingual language skills are a plus

RESPOSIBILITIES:

Stand for extended periods of time.
Use POS system for all transactions
Work in confined areas alone with the understanding of the Company's security/safety policies and procedures.
Open and close the store when required.
Adapt well in the face of workplace stressors such as heavy verbal demands of customer service

- successfully performing transactions while upholding Banking-related Compliance rules and regulations.

Maintaining a harmonious work environment with colleagues through practice of mutual respect.

- you must be available anytime between: 2pm and 9pm, Thursday through Sunday

Able to float to other locations

Those locations include:
56-54 Myrtle Ave., Atlantic Ave. and Cross Bay Blvd.

Have a flexible schedule.
Comfortable working alone

- work any 7 days out the week including but not limited to weekends and holidays, if needed

The pay range for this position is: $16 per hour. Please note that the foregoing compensation information is a good-faith assessment associated with this position only and is provided pursuant to the applicable law.
