Your responsibilities:

  • IT customer support and assistance with IT infrastructure
  • Assisting users with their Windows and Office365 inquiries
  • Assisting users with hardware inquiries (laptops, accessories, printers, etc.)
  • Assisting users with mobile phone inquiries
  • Collaborating with our service partner to manage network infrastructure
  • IT administration

Your profile:

  • ITrelated vocational training or equivalent
  • Operational experience in IT service operations for Windows clients
  • Experience in network and clientserver architectures
  • Knowledge of Windows clients and servers, network fundamentals, Office365 applications and services
  • Strong communication skills
  • Fluent in English
