Description
Our client, a company looking to host an event for approximately 300 people at our leisure center in Viladecans, has hired us. We are currently considering whether to handle the food ourselves, as we have staff, a kitchen, and a barbecue, or to hire a catering service to take this burden off our shoulders. The client has requested breakfast, snacks, and lunch for both children and adults. The event will last approximately 6 hours (from 11am to 5pm). We are interested in what a catering company can offer us. Perhaps we can handle part of the food preparation in our own kitchen (we have a grill, barbecue, and rotisserie machine) and hire a catering service for the rest in order to reduce costs and make it profitable for both us and the client.
