Are you a compassionate caregiver with a heart for supporting individuals with dementia in the comfort of their own homes? If so, we have a rewarding opportunity for you We're looking for dedicated caregivers with experience in dementia care to join our team for 12-hour shifts (8am-8pm & 8pm-8am, awake) in the Trumbull area.

• Recent experience in home care.
• Reliable transportation.
• Stable employment history.
• Strong communication skills and ability to report effectively to supervisors.

• Provide personalized care and support to clients, assisting with daily activities and ensuring their wellbeing.
• Assist with personal care tasks, mobility, and transfers using proper techniques.
• Prompt medications according to prescribed schedules.
• Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks.
• Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and organized living space.
• Engage in meaningful conversations and provide companionship to clients.
• Monitor and report any changes in clients' condition or behavior.
• Maintain a safe environment for clients and uphold their dignity and privacy.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate care.

• Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience, with a preference for experience in dementia care.
• Ability to provide physical assistance and stand for extended periods.
• Excellent communication skills and a compassionate nature.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to follow care plans accurately.
