To continue our success story in Germany, we are looking for a Customer Care Agent (m/f/d) to strengthen our customer service team.


Your responsibilities:

  • You are the savior for our amazing customers in the software jungle and know the Planity software like the back of your hand.
  • As part of the customer service team, you support and advise our customers by phone and email on how to use Planity.
  • You provide telephone support and assistance to our customers with questions about Planity.
  • You also respond quickly and conscientiously to email inquiries.
  • This way, you offer our customers the optimal customer experience.
  • To provide our customers with the best possible support, you work closely with the sales team.
