We are currently looking for an administrative employee (m/f/d) for our renowned client in Munich.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Creating cost estimates and invoices
  • Processing approvals and rejections
  • Communicating with health insurance companies and customers via telephone
  • Managing order lists
  • Handing over orders from the field service team
  • Processing prescriptions and orders
  • Invoicing orders
  • General administrative tasks in office management

Your Qualifications:

  • Completed commercial training, e.g. as an administrative assistant (m/f/d), insurance clerk (m/f/d), or a similar qualification
  • Proficient in MS Office and Excel
  • Willingness to learn, selforganization, and reliability are your strengths
  • Excellent communication skills and customer orientation complete your profile
