the Hortonville, WI location, we are currently looking for a
Commercial Employee (m/f/d) in the Purchasing Department
Your responsibilities:
- Coordination and execution of operational travel bookings
- Checking of credit card statements and collective invoices
- Preparation of presentations for supplier meetings and internal discussions
- Collaboration in supplier and contract management
Your qualifications:
- Completed commercial apprenticeship or comparable qualifications
- Proficient in using common travel booking portals (e.g. , Lufthansa, Eurowings...)
- Proficient in using MS Office, especially Excel & Power Point
- Experience in analyzing travel data
- Entrepreneurial and processoriented thinking and acting to ensure efficient purchasing processes
- Assertiveness, handson mentality, and strong communication skills when dealing with service providers and customers
