For one of our renowned clients at
the Hortonville, WI location, we are currently looking for a

Commercial Employee (m/f/d) in the Purchasing Department

Your responsibilities:

Coordination and execution of operational travel bookings
Checking of credit card statements and collective invoices
Preparation of presentations for supplier meetings and internal discussions
Collaboration in supplier and contract management

Your qualifications:

Completed commercial apprenticeship or comparable qualifications
Proficient in using common travel booking portals (e.g. , Lufthansa, Eurowings...)
Proficient in using MS Office, especially Excel & Power Point
Experience in analyzing travel data
Entrepreneurial and processoriented thinking and acting to ensure efficient purchasing processes
Assertiveness, handson mentality, and strong communication skills when dealing with service providers and customers
