WHAT TO EXPECT FROM US

Your task is to provide commercial tenant support during the ongoing tenancy from the handover of the apartment until the termination of the lease
You are the main contact and negotiating partner for our tenants
You handle incoming tenant inquiries by phone and in writing
You independently conduct tenant meetings, make agreements, and attend onsite appointments
You handle incoming complaints and, if necessary, obtain necessary information from other departments
You serve as a liaison for internal departments and regularly exchange information (technology, caretaker, etc.)
You are responsible for entering and maintaining master data in SAP

WHAT YOU BRING

You have completed training as a real estate clerk (m/f/d) or have several years of experience in a similar position in the field of customer service for apartments
You enjoy making phone calls, approaching strangers, and have a confident demeanor
You can keep an overview even in difficult situations
