    Description

    Title: Quality Management Specialist I (RN or LPN OR RT)

    Location: Chicago Illinois.

    Duration: 7 months

    Pay: $40.00/hr on W2

    Job Purpose:

    This position is responsible for contacting members to inform and educate them on our medical management programs; conducting research, performing data entry, responding to inquires from members, and supporting the clinicians in the Medical Management department with their provider and member activities.

    JOB REQUIREMENTS:

    • 3 years clinical practice experience.
    • 2 years UM, Case Management, quality improvement and/or project management experience.
    • Experience conducting presentations for members and/or provider training.
    • Current Illinois driver's license.
    • Verbal and written communications skills.
    • Data analysis experience.
    • PC proficiency to include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
    • Registered Nurse (RN), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Respiratory Therapist, or other medical specialty, i.e. Physician's Assistant, Corpsman with unrestricted license in state.
