    Description

    Job Title: Skilled Dentist at Modern Dental Practice

    We are currently looking for a skilled dentist to join our team and help our clients achieve excellent oral health at our thriving practice. The ideal candidate should possess relevant experience, an up-to-date license in good standing, a compassionate bedside manner, and strong communication skills.     Salary Range:

    $200,000 - $450,000

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Perform a variety of preventive and cosmetic dental treatments, including fillings, sealants, x-rays, and whitening procedures
    • Ensure strict adherence to infection control protocols, office policies, safety regulations, and industry guidelines
    • Make referrals to specialized dental practitioners when necessary
    • Supervise associate dentists, hygienists, assistants, and staff members, and collaborate on patient care strategies
    • Detect and treat oral diseases, conduct cleanings, restorations, root canals, and extractions
    • Thoroughly review patient records and medical histories before initiating treatment
    • Utilize dental expertise to provide personalized care and recommendations
    • Work harmoniously within the dental team and oversee operations as needed
    • Maintain accurate records of procedures and patient details
    • Offer individualized attention and support to each patient
    • Assist in supervising support team members
    Required Qualifications:
    • DDS or DMD degree from an ADA-accredited dental school, plus a Bachelor's degree
    • Board Certification or eligibility in General Dentistry
    • Active and unrestricted state licensure
    • Strong knowledge of dental standards, public health regulations, and industry advancements
    • Proficiency in computer skills
    • Completion of an accredited pediatric dental program and possession of a pediatric dental license (applicable to Minnesota or Wisconsin)
