Detailed Description

We are currently seeking a ***Spare Parts Manager (m/f/d)*** to join our service and customer support team in Limbach-Oberfrohna on a permanent basis. Your responsibilities will include:

• Handling all service inquiries, both by phone and email
• Assisting with the organization and distribution of tasks within the service team
• Processing all inquiries related to spare parts management, including:
• Thorough analysis of customer inquiries, including those from ongoing projects (EVT list)
• Expert advice on recommended wear and spare parts
• Preparing and actively following up on quotes
• Ensuring the supply of wear and spare parts before and after project completion for customers
• Managing suppliers
• Serving as the main point of contact for all wear and spare part inquiries from customers
• Thorough documentation and distribution of results
• Actively supporting the service team with other types of orders (e
