  • General knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory related to user management such as password resets, account management, etc.
  • Imaging PC's/Laptops
  • Basic knowledge of Local Area Networks
  • Knowledge of Printer/Fax troubleshooting, support, general maintenance
  • Laptop/Desktop hardware support
  • Microsoft Office Suite knowledge and troubleshooting knowhow (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
  • Knowledge of helpdesk/ ticketing system
  • Knowledge of working with Projectors
  • Basic Knowledge of Telephone systems
  • Knowledge of Setup/troubleshoot mobile phones
  • Knowledge of Antivirus/Anti Malware software
  • Technical troubleshooting skills.
