We are looking for a qualified, experienced, and motivated individual to become part of IQ's team today- General knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory related to user management such as password resets, account management, etc.
- Imaging PC's/Laptops
- Basic knowledge of Local Area Networks
- Knowledge of Printer/Fax troubleshooting, support, general maintenance
- Laptop/Desktop hardware support
- Microsoft Office Suite knowledge and troubleshooting knowhow (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
- Knowledge of helpdesk/ ticketing system
- Knowledge of working with Projectors
- Basic Knowledge of Telephone systems
- Knowledge of Setup/troubleshoot mobile phones
- Knowledge of Antivirus/Anti Malware software
- Technical troubleshooting skills.
