Description

Guardian Angels Homecare in Cheshire is looking for a part-time Administrative Assistant for hiring to help facilitate the company's recruitment, hiring and retention process for employees.

Position reports directly to Director of operations and excellent growth potential.

Responsibilities:


  • Oversee orientation of all new caregivers and employees
  • Perform preemployment screening duties such as initial phone and onsite interviews
  • Assist with the administration of new hires
  • Keep calendars for all hiring teams and applicants
  • Screen applicants by performing background check, drug screens and verifying their qualifications and experience
  • Administer employee orientations
  • Verify all new employee hires for proper documentation
  • Maintain employee database on scheduling software to ensure that documentation and job requirements are up to date and accurate

Qualifications:

  • Requires a High School Diploma
  • 1 year of administrative/hiring experience
  • Experience in home care or health care preferred

Requirements:


  • Strong Computer Skills
  • Familiarity with administrative hiring practices, such as scheduling interviewing and onboarding
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment, multitask, prioritize and strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Hours:
Monday to Friday-9:00am - 2:pm
