Assistant Day-Of-Event Coordinator

Looking for a motivated individual at least 18 years of age who has a positive attitude, professional demeanor, and a polished appearance.

Applicants must take pride in their work, be on time for all assigned shifts, and enjoy working with people. All employees must provide superior customer service and have excellent problem-solving skills while working within a fast-paced environment.

Weekend availability and schedule flexibility is a must, as is speaking fluent English.

No experience needed, just a positive, fun, and friendly attitude.

The Assistant Day-Of-Event Coordinator is part of a four-person team at weddings.

This position does not include any wedding planning, but rather entails the execution of the plan created by the couple and management staff.

The Assistant Day-Of-Event Coordinator is scheduled to work on a rotating basis.

This position is part-time and you must be available on the weekends.

Job Description:

• Greet and interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Create a warm and inviting atmosphere for guests
• Assist during each portion of the event, from setup to breakdown

Requirements:

• All applicants must be 18+ and a citizen of the United States.

Availability:

• Must be available to work select weekend shifts
• Friday, Saturday, Sunday availability required
• Shifts range from eight (8) to ten (10) hours
