Head Brewer Needed

Two Rivers Brewing Company is an established ten-year-old craft brewery/restaurant located in Easton, PA with a taproom in Quakertown, PA.

We are known for producing high quality, great tasting craft beers and are active participants in our community.

We are looking for a creative, experienced brewer who has the following experience and qualities:

• Has a passion for producing high quality craft beer.
• Has strong problem solving and communication skills.
• Enjoys physical work and is able to lift 55 pounds repeatedly.
• Has a clean driving record.
• Has formal brewery education and training.
• Has at least three years of professional brewing experience.
• Is able to keep precise records for raw materials, governmental records, and production records.
• Is able to manage all brewery operations including, but not limited to, raw material handling, brewhouse operations, cellar operations, tank CIP's, yeast management and keg cleaning.
• Trains front line staff on beer knowledge.
• Represents the business at appropriate functions.

Pay:
$48, $55,000.00 per year

Experience:

• Brewing: 3 years (required)
