To make the claims world even friendlier for all parties involved, we are looking for an Application Support Specialist & Incident Manager m/f/d for our IT Services division.

Your tasks:


  • You are the first technical point of contact for disruptions and support requests for our applications
  • You handle incoming tickets with the goal of identifying and resolving any situations that could hinder operations
  • You qualify all inquiries and disruptions and coordinate and resolve them in close collaboration with our international 2nd level support
  • You support the management of the incident management process and coordinate the prioritization of requests and disruptions
  • You communicate and coordinate disruptions and actively exchange information with colleagues, partners, and customers to ensure a smooth flow of information
  • You monitor data quality, plausibility, and consistency
  • You maintain documentation for support measures and continuously expand our knowledge database
