In This Role:

Execute the recruiting strategy for our warehouse and production teams
Partner and lead weekly meetings with hiring managers to ensure that Talent Acquisition maintains an ongoing understanding of current and future hiring needs to drive recruiting efforts to support them
Monitor job boards, career postings, internet employment resources, and employee referrals
Support administrative tasks in hiring, interviewing, offer letters, onboarding, and preemployment background checks as needed
Support the employee onboarding process including first day communication
Support and attend job/career fairs to help generate qualified applicants
Support Talent Acquisition strategic projects that elevate the team
Ensure compliance with all internal guidelines and external hiring laws and regulations
Uphold our Core Values and be a valuable member of the Four Hands Team
Other tasks as defined by Management

The Ideal Person:

Minimum 2 years of experience recruiting in a highvolume staffing environment focused on warehouse, manufacturing, light technical, or semiconductor roles
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Experience in a fastpaced recruiting setting and ability to handle competing priorities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an appropriate blend of professionalism and friendliness; comfortable speaking on the phone
Selfdirected with a high sense of urgency while maintaining a meticulous attention to detail
Ability to work efficiently both independently and in a team setting
