We plan, build and maintain federal and state roads in the districts of Traunstein, Altötting and Berchtesgadener Land.

We are currently looking for a

Construction Manager (m/f/d) for Road Construction

Diploma Engineer (m/f/d) (FH) / Bachelor / Master in Civil Engineering or comparable

Responsibilities

Tendering, on-site construction management, settlement of road construction and renovation measures and participation in road planning.

  • You prepare the implementation of road construction measures by creating tender documents and conducting preparatory investigations
  • You coordinate and coordinate road construction measures independently with involved third parties and municipalities
  • As a representative of the client, you also supervise external engineering offices from contract negotiation to technical control to contract processing
  • You take over the construction management and coordination for the construction measures and handle them independently
Your Profile
  • Completed degree as Diploma Engineer (m/f/d) (FH) or Bachelor in Civil Engineering or comparable qualification
  • Independent and committed work in coordination with superiors and colleagues
  • Execution-oriented and cost-conscious work
  • Sound technical knowledge and mastery of relevant computer programs
  • Clear oral and written expression (German language skills at least at level C1
