ROLE SUMMARY
Pfizer's U.S. Women's Health portfolio consists of two teams and treatments - Myfembree and Menopause portfolio.

Myfembree is indicated to control heavy menstrual bleeding due to uterine fibroids or manage moderate to severe pain associated with endometriosis.

Menopause Portfolio consists of Premarin Oral, Premarin Vaginal Cream, Duavee and Estring.

This administrative specialist will support the VP, US Women's Health Lead, and eight colleagues across the two teams.


ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage calendars and meetings for VP, team members, scheduling highlevel, timesensitive meetings with many participants, often across various functions (ex. alliance, commercial, medical, finance, CMO, etc.)
  • Support team with expense management including opening vendor POs, resolving invoice discrepancies, budgeting and issues resolution with vendors and procurement as needed
  • Assist with meeting scheduling, conference room reservations, teleconference setup, external individual visit to the site and associated meeting logistics.
  • Manage travel arrangements and complete expense reports accurately and compliantly.
  • Organize team JOY activities, team building events and support building of culture across the team and crossfunctional partners
  • Capture small and big wins across the team to create JOY
  • Support activities and processes related to field force engagement, KOL engagement

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred; HS Diploma required.
  • A minimum 4 years of relevant administrative business experience.
  • Previous experience demonstrating the ability to proactively carry out administrative functions proficiently, and to complete quality work in a timely manner.
  • Ability to work with senior level internal and external stakeholders and manage relationships with professionalism and positive attitude.
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating domestic travel, T&E system, Ariba and other financial and budget management systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, organization, and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to manage own time, professional development and prioritize workflow.
  • Ability to take direction with mínimal oversight, autonomously, and exercise sound judgement and decisionmaking skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, especially Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint and has a general ability to operate electronically.
