Good morning,
We are looking for quotes to change the current concierge company in our community and we would like to know if you can send us a quote to include in the community's voting process.
We have two entrances with 8 floors of apartments, 1 floor of storage rooms, and 2 floors of parking with a total of 95 spaces.
Currently, we have a concierge service from Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm and on Saturdays from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm.
The concierge is responsible for the usual tasks, such as minor repairs, daily cleaning of the community, deep cleaning of the garages every 6 months, and annual polishing of the entrances/stairs.
We are looking to improve some situations that have led us to search for a new company, such as better supervision of the work and employees, and increased cleanliness in less frequented areas such as stairs, storage rooms, and garages.
