Maverick's team includes underwriting, risk management, compliance & legal, technology & product development, on-boarding, customer support, information technology, and more.


About the Position:


Reporting to the Partner Support Manager, the Partner Support Representative II provides support and business services to strategic business partners, including Outside Sales Agents in soliciting and retaining merchant customers.


  • Handling incoming calls from partners and working directly with external and internal personnel to resolve any issues which may arise within the relationship.
  • Managing and maintaining Company's Customer Relationship Management ("CRM") systems.
  • Communicating essential information to partners and maintaining appropriate business etiquette throughout interactions with partners.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:


  • High School Diploma or equivalent, bachelor's degree a plus.
  • 23 years of experience in merchant services, specific to partner support/partner relations.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft products including Microsoft Excel
  • Green screen knowledge a plus.
  • Fluently speak, read, and write in English and Spanish.
  • Works onsite at Maverick's Calabasas location.

Pay Range:
$22-$28/hourly
