    Description

    Enrollment Specialist - WelbeHealth PACE Program

    The WelbeHealth PACE program aims to assist seniors in remaining in their homes and communities by providing medical care and community-based services. One key position within this program is the Enrollment Specialist, who plays a crucial role in guiding seniors through the eligibility process, ensuring they can access our program with ease.

    • Cross-train on various O&E Team roles and offer support as needed.
    • Engage in independent community outreach efforts and support team members' outreach activities.
    • Complete all necessary documentation accurately and promptly, utilizing CRM software such as Salesforce.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's Degree
    • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a sales and marketing role, with at least one (1) year in healthcare or senior care setting.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook, along with familiarity working in CRM software (e.g., SalesForce).
    • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, which may include evenings, weekends, and overtime.
