Job Overview:
Duties:
- Transcribe, input, and update data into databases or computerized systems
- Perform data entry tasks with speed and accuracy
- Create and maintain spreadsheets using Excel, including pivot tables
- File and organize physical and digital documents
- Conduct basic mathematical calculations as needed
- Assist with clerical and administrative tasks as assigned
Experience:
- Proven experience in data entry or related clerical roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables
- Strong understanding of basic mathematical concepts
- Familiarity with databases and data entry processes
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with computerized systems for data entry
- Knowledge of clerical procedures and office management
Pay:
$17.00 per hour
Experience:
Microsoft Excel: 1 year (preferred)
Ability to Commute:
- Compton, CA required)
Ability to Relocate:
- Compton, CA 90220: Relocate before starting work (required)
