- Identify and cultivate new sales opportunities through networking, outbound outreach, and lead generation
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, ensuring an exceptional customer experience
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations tailored to the needs of property managers, landlords, and HOAs
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and quotas
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to drive customer retention and growth
- Understand client needs and provide customized solutions using the ManageCasa platform
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them optimize their property management operations
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM (HubSpot)
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing, Product, and Customer Success, to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients
- Provide feedback on customer needs and market trends to support product development and marketing efforts
- 3+ years of proven success in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS or software sales
- Prior experience in the property management industry or PropTech is a strong advantage
- Strong understanding of the sales cycle, lead generation, and consultative selling strategies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive and engaging presentation style
- Familiarity with SaaS platforms and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot)
- Ability to quickly learn and articulate the benefits of complex software solutions
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and driven to achieve results
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple opportunities simultaneously
