Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Bouncer or Bartender to join our team.

As a Bouncer or Bartender, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our patrons as well as serving people.

Your role will involve monitoring guest behavior, checking IDs, and ensuring compliance with venue policies.

Responsibilities:

• Serve customers and proper pours
• Customer Service
• Ramp certified
• Monitor guest behavior to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment
• Check IDs to verify legal drinking age and enforce venue policies
• Handle difficult situations, such as unruly guests or potential conflicts, in a calm and professional manner
• Assist in maintaining order during busy periods or special events
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries or concerns promptly

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Bouncer or in a similar role preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy
• Knowledge of local laws and regulations regarding alcohol service and venue security
• Physical stamina and the ability to stand for long periods of time
• Excellent observation skills to identify potential issues or threats
• Basic knowledge of first aid procedures is a plus
