About Us:
We are a dedicated and close-knit 10-person office specializing in mass torts, clergy abuse, nursing home cases, therapy abuse, and general personal injury.
Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys in all phases of litigation, including discovery, trial preparation, and case management.
- Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and other legal documents.
- Manage and organize case files, ensuring all documents are properly filed and accessible.
- Coordinate with clients, witnesses, and experts to gather necessary information and evidence.
- Maintain detailed records of billable hours and case expenses.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Paralegal in personal injury law.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in legal research and case management software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
