    Description

    NUCKOLLS is seeking a passionate and purpose-driven leader to join our team. With 120 years of experience in the industry, we are looking for someone to help us service our existing 2,000 business clients, while also expanding our client base through referrals and leads. In this role, you will lead a small team, train team members, and eventually move into the Agency Director position. This is a weekly paid role with an average salary range of $70,000-$85,000 in the first year.

    • Service existing client base
    • Research new business opportunities (B2B)
    • Supervision of team activity and results
    • Train and develop incoming team members on existing systems
    • Daily reporting of field activity using Salesforce-based CRM
    • Daily focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development

    Required Skills / Desired Qualifications:

    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Strong time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
    • Supervisory and leadership skills
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when needed
    • Work well in a high-paced environment
    • Passion for helping people and building relationships
    • Sales or customer service experience
    • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
    • Community involvement
    • Knowledge of CRMs (Salesforce preferred)

    Licensing Requirements:

    • Driver's License and eligibility to work in the U.S.
    • Clean background check and reliable transportation
