About the Job:

Youtech is looking for a talented Copywriter to join our team. This position is full-time in-house and in the office Monday-Friday.

You will be responsible for writing compelling text published in print or digital format for our clients across multiple industries.

Responsibilities:

Provide unstoppable conversionbased copy for ads and landing pages
Conduct interviews and recreate them in written form
Audit client websites for new content opportunities, and assist in building out strategies and/or executing campaigns
Analyze and aggregate data to discover trends and improve upon our current strategy
Help with preparation for client meetings and presentations
Uphold general knowledge of the social media industry

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree preferred
Excellent creative and writing skills
Ability to create advertising slogans and copy
Excellent communication skills
Ability to determine clients' needs and objectives with specific advertising campaign
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines

Tech-savviness. You know how to navigate the online world and understand the significance of being resourceful.

Adaptability. It's integral for a Copywriter to be agile in both thought processes and writing styles.

Ability to analyze results. Is one strategy working significantly better than another? A Copywriter needs to be able to identify and effectively act upon analytics and data.
