The Fraunhofer Institute for Applied Optics and Precision Engineering IOF in Jena conducts applied research in optical system technology on behalf of industry and within publicly funded joint projects. The services offered by Fraunhofer IOF include system solutions, starting with new design concepts, through the development of technologies, manufacturing and measurement processes, to the construction of prototypes and pilot series for applications in the wavelength range from millimeters to nanometers.

Our IT department acts as an in-house service provider for our employees, researchers and technology experts, ensuring smooth functioning of information technology through their work.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for an IT specialist for system and network administration.
