Responsibilities:

Gallagher Benefit Services is seeking to bring on board a Benefits Account Manager to its expanding small business team.

Establish and strengthen relationships with current clients by delivering exceptional ongoing support.
Play a key role in the renewal process, ensuring the delivery of the optimal solution to clients in a top-notch & prompt manner.
Develop RFP's, manage vendor responses, aid in negotiations, analyze and present proposal results, and create client presentations.
Oversee an assigned client portfolio and establish, expand, and fortify relationships with existing clients.
Guide appropriate resources to cater to the client's requirements.
Maintain oversight on administrative support and customer service tasks.

Qualifications:

Required:

Bachelor's degree and 3 or more years of experience in client coordination and/or claims management, OR High School diploma with 8 or more years of experience in client coordination and/or claims management.
Life, Accident, and Health license mandatory in the state of MA.

Preferred Behaviors:

Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
Capacity to swiftly identify critical issues.
Efficiently juggle multiple and sometimes conflicting priorities.
Skillfully engage others in consultative conversations.
