Job Summary:
I am seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Leader to join our cleaning team.
The Team Leader will be responsible for supervising and leading a team to provide clean and sanitized properites for clients.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and motivate team members to meet deadlines
- Assist in training new employees and provide ongoing coaching
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Manage inventory, including restocking products
- Maintain a high level of customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Skills:
- Proficient in phone etiquette for effective communication with customers and team members
- Strong supervisory skills to lead and guide a team effectively
- Previous experience as an Assistant Manager or in a similar leadership role
- Knowledge of sales techniques to drive revenue growth
- Familiarity with residential and commerical cleaning operations
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Ability to manage resources effectively to optimize team performance

$ $19.39 per hour
Expected hours:
