    Enerfab has over 120 years of experience, offering fabrication and construction capabilities to a wide variety of customers for the chemical, food & beverage, oil & gas, heavy industrial and power industries.     Key Responsibilities:

    The Field Timekeeper I will collaborate with project teams and assist in maintaining accurate timekeeping records critical to project success.

    1. Timekeeping and Data Entry:
    • Accurately record and enter daily labor hours, equipment usage, and material consumption data into the company's timekeeping system.
    • Ensure that all entries are compliant with company policies and project requirements.
    2. Timesheet Management:
    • Collect timesheets from field personnel and subcontractors, verifying completeness and accuracy.
    • Assist employees with timesheet-related inquiries and discrepancies.
    3. Data Verification:
    • Review and validate time and attendance records, ensuring alignment with project schedules and work hours.
    • Investigate and resolve discrepancies or missing data promptly.
    4. Reporting Support:
    • Assist in generating and distributing daily, weekly, and monthly labor and cost reports to project management and stakeholders.
    • Compile and prepare data for payroll processing.
    5. Communication:
    • Maintain effective communication with field personnel, supervisors, and subcontractors regarding timekeeping procedures and expectations.
    • Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate labor tracking.
    6. Documentation and Filing:
    • Organize and maintain organized records of all timekeeping documents, including timesheets, attendance records, and related correspondence.
    Qualifications:
    • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus).
    • 0-2 years of relevant experience in timekeeping, data entry, or similar administrative roles.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic computer skills.
    • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
    • A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced construction environment.
