    Landing is a membership network of fully furnished apartments across the United States. Our Members get access to rent our professionally designed homes for a minimum of 30 days and can stay as long as they'd like, with only a 2-weeks' notice required if they'd like to move. As a Member there are no long-term obligations, no security deposits, and no application fees. We bundle utilities and the internet to allow seamless transition from one home to another.

    About The Role

    We're looking for a Account Manager to join our team on a seasonal basis and assist with managing our top Corporate Clients. As an Account Manager, you'll own and manage our larger national accounts and assist with a variety of back end administrative tasks. You will also work with leadership to help enhance this new crucial function of the team.

    What You'll Do

    • Build, maintain, and expand relationships with top national clients
    • Handle and address incoming reservation requests
    • Work with Landing's Field Operations team to schedule move-ins, home inspections, and address occupant changes
    • Compile Arrival Information for Corporate Clients
    • Follow up on outstanding balances from invoiced clients
    • Collaborate with Field Operations teams on addressing maintenance issues
    • Assist VP with special projects in order to further streamline our business processes

    What You Need

    • Ability to work in-office, 32 hours per week
    • Previous customer service experience
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Ability to multitask and problem solve multiple issues at once
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Fearless, self-motivated and hardworking
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Self-starter comfortable working with a sense of urgency
    • Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills
